Vaccines available in Bishopville on Friday

A vaccine clinic will be held in Bishopville tomorrow, March 11, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Dennis Elementary School, 321 Roland St.

Attendees 5-11 can receive their first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Attendees 12 and older can receive either their first, second or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Attendees 18 and older can receive either their first, second or booster dose of the Moderna vaccine.

According to state public health data, 55% of eligible Lee County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, in comparison to 76% nationally.
