Vaccine events today in Lee, Clarendon

BISHOPVILLE

Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 714 Camden Highway, is holding a vaccination clinic today from 9 a.m. to noon. Adults 18 and older will be able to receive the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Recipients will receive a gift card, while supplies last, and be entered to win a TV. According to state public health data, 46% of eligible Lee County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, in comparison to 72% nationally.

MANNING

Manning High School, 2155 Paxville Highway, is holding a vaccination clinic today from 3 to 6 p.m. Adults 12 and older will be able to receive the Pfizer vaccine, which is fully approved by the FDA. Adults 18 and older can also choose between Moderna or the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Recipients will be entered to win a wireless speaker or wireless headphones. According to public health data, 53% of eligible Clarendon County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
