THOMAS L. PETERSON

Thomas Lloyd Peterson, 58, husband of Carol Barden Peterson, died Thursday, June 17, 2010, at his home in Manning.

Born in Racine, Wis., he was a son of the late Glenn R. and Norma E. Wise Peterson. He was an Army veteran, employed by the Public Works Department in Sumter and a member of Manning United Methodist Church.

Survivors besides his wife of Manning include a stepson, Dr. James V. Green and his wife, Jamesia, of Bowie, Md.

Memorial services were held July 20 at Manning United Methodist Church with the Rev. Edward L. Sanders officiating.
