Jay Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone earned a spot in the "Top Two" within Coldwell Banker Commercial for 2022.

The Top Two designation is reserved for the top 2% of producers from among nearly 3,000 CBC-affiliated sales professionals in the CBC organization. This marks the eighth year Davis has earned this award.

Davis is the president and founding partner of CBC Cornerstone, which headquartered in downtown Sumter at 2 N. Main St. He has earned the CCIM designation and member of ICSC. CBC Cornerstone, founded in 1997, was built on the principle of providing professional commercial real estate services. The organization provides commercial real estate solutions serving the needs of owners and occupiers in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of all property types.

Davis works on a team with business partner Heather Tickel. While the national market has been challenging the last couple of years, the team has continued to push forward, completing more than 30 sale/lease/consulting transactions for another productive year. Two of the more notable transactions include a $1,700,000 and a $950,000 industrial warehouse sale in Sumter.

"Our market is hotter than ever. Sumter is growing in all areas. Being a part of a community team that works relentlessly to bring our population the wants/needs to fruition has been most rewarding. Slowing down is not an option right now," Tickel said.

Davis has also been named to the Platinum Circle of Distinction of CBC for 2022. This honor is bestowed upon the top-ranking producers among all CBC-affiliated sales professionals based on their transaction revenue for 2022. Davis has been awarded this honor 15 times.
