UPDATE: Sumter woman suffering from dementia FOUND

UPDATE FROM SUMTER PD : Ms. Muldrow was found in Charleston. She is safe.

Sumter Police Department seeks the public's help to find a missing woman last seen Thursday afternoon. 

Barbara Muldrow, 72, of Thomas Drive, who suffers from dementia, was last seen locally by family this afternoon when she was headed to the home of a relative in Sumter but never arrived, according to Tonyia McGirt, public information officer for the police department.

Muldrow's vehilce, a black 2007 Ford F-150 with a silver tool box and SC tag KZF216, was last seen in Charleston County.

She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs about 165 pounds and was last seen wearing an orange shirt and blue capris pants. 

Anyone who sees Muldrow or her vehicle is asked to call the police department immediately at (803) 436-2700, dial 911 or call the nearest law enforcement agency.
