Sumter Today: We go behind the scenes at one of downtown’s iconic locations

The building at the corner of North Main Street and Law Range has been home to a handful of iconic businesses in Sumter, including The Manhattan, Naomi and Warner and the CW Café.
In the last few years, it has been split into several units and redeveloped, and the final piece to the puzzle is moving in this spring.
We sat down with Sumter historian and The Sumter Item’s archivist, Sammy Way, to learn more about the history of the building and to the realtors working on its revitalization.
