Sumter Today: We get a behind the scenes look at one of Sumter’s newest restaurants

Carolina Grove opened this year, and while that’s not great timing with the COVID-19 pandemic, they have worked to adjust their menu and model. From taking strict health safety precautions to changing up the Southern-focused menu, the owners and staff want to serve the Sumer community with a sense of home, and great food. We got a behind the scenes look at how they operate and learned their story to share it with you.
