Sumter Today: The Touchdown Club Honors Student Athletes

The Sumter Touchdown Club held its annual banquet last Thursday. It honored students from seventeen local high schools for their accomplishments on the field and in the classroom.
This year, the club was able to award $14,000 in merit scholarships to some of these student athletes.
Sumter Today is presented by the Sumter Opera House, Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, and University of South Carolina Sumter.
