Sumter Today: The 23rd Annual Cycles for Christmas!

In something of a follow up episode, we visited Westside Baptist Church on Saturday to see some 300+ children receive a free bike this holiday season.
The event is a community operation, but Tom and Carolyn Lawrence are some of the key players. Their home turns into Santa's bike shop during the month of december as the cycles are repaired and washed in preparation for the event.
It's an application and invitation process through the school system, and Sumter children are given one of the most sought after gifts each year.
