Seventh Anniversary for the dogs?
The Sumter SPCA Bark Park celebrated its first year of existence last week with music, food, and plenty of pups! The Bark Park is a membership only facility that boasts water features, agility equipment, and a safe, friendly environment for people and pets alike.
