Sumter Today: Summer campers learn have fun in the mud while learning about art

Young artists are staying engaged this summer at the Sumter County Gallery of Art.
Each week comes with a different offering of classes, ranging from upcycling to embroidery to FX makeup and comics.
We stopped by a class this week for very young students called Fun in the Mud, an introductory pottery class where they explore different kinds of clay, the pottery wheel and hand building techniques.
