Sumter Today: Local softball Allstars head to the world series

The Sumter Dixie Ponytails are in Louisiana for the X-Play World Series beginning today.
The team of 11 and 12 years olds had a big time in the state tournament earlier this month in Branchville, winning five games by a combined score of 60-6.
We checked in with them before they made the trip to see how they were preparing for the World Series stage.
