Sumter Today: Kids make their own toys at summer camp

To start this week off, we’re back at the Sumter County Gallery of Art to see how another one of their summer camps is keeping kids engaged and learning while school is out.
This time, we stopped by their Make Your Own Toy camp, a morning class for ages 4-7.
This multi-media camp explored techniques from clay sculpting to simple fabric sewing, and students created creature and character dolls as fascinating as their imaginations.
