Sumter Today: Crestwood students become certified drone operators

We recently featured a new class at Crestwood High School that teaches students about the process of operating a drone, and at the end of the class they received their certification.
We stopped back by the program this week for their presentation day, where the students demonstrated what they’ve learned throughout the course.
They showed a video and talked about how the program could work in more schools before demonstrating their operational skills with different navigation commands.
