Sumter Today: Battle Buddies Gather at Patriot Park

This past Saturday saw the 5th annual Battle Buddies, an event put on by the Palmetto Optimist Club. Its purpose is to create a fun, engaging environment in which children, civilians, law enforcement, and military can gather and interact. The club is always welcoming new members, so don't be afraid to reach out to Palmetto Optimist Club if you'd like to help with events like this in your community!
Sumter Today is presented by Sumter Opera House, University of South Carolina Sumter, and Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
