Sumter Today: A new commander is welcomed to Shaw Air Force Base

A change of command ceremony was held on Shaw Air Force Base this week as now former commander Maj. Gen. Chad Franks retired after 31 years of service.
Two of those years were with the 15th Air Force as commander, but now Franks handed over the reigns to Maj. Gen. Michael Koscheski.
We visited the base to attend the ceremony and show you how it went.
