Sumter Today: 514 M.V.P. Holds a Holiday Outreach Event

514 M.V.P "Social Lounge for Heroes" is a new organization in Sumter that helped dozens of families get a warm meal and gift before Christmas this year.
The nonprofit supports military personnel, veterans and law enforcement and worked with Agape Outreach Ministries, Sumter SC Inc. to make plates stacked with hot food, candy canes and Christmas gifts for families.
Sumter Today is presented by University of South Carolina Sumter, Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, and Sumter Opera House.
