Sumter sheriff's deputies arrest 5 in connection to December burglaries

Sumter County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested five people who reportedly took part in two separate burglaries in December.
David Davonta Frazier, 22, of Summerton, was arrested Jan. 23 on a warrant issued on Jan. 21. Antonie Lamar Spann, 32, of Wedgefield, was arrested on Jan. 31, pursuant to a warrant issued on Jan. 27. Rose Marie Driggers, 30, and Matthew Anderson Burch, 23, both of Wagram Drive, were arrested Jan. 18 on a warrant issued that day.
Warrants state that Frazier, Driggers, Burch and Spann entered a residence on Peacock Drive without consent on or between the night of Dec. 8 and Dec. 9, 2019. They reportedly took TVs, firearms, computer devices and other items. Suspects were captured on surveillance camera.
Another warrant states Frazier entered a residence on Peacock Drive on or between the night of Dec. 7 and Dec. 8, 2019, without consent and took a generator, boxes of jewelry and clothing. Frazier is accused in this incident along with David Randolph Johnson, 34, of Dink Street, who was arrested on Jan. 27, on a warrant issued on that day.
Frazier was arrested on Jan. 27 for his involvement in the Dec. 7 and Dec. 8 offense.
Frazier was charged with second-degree burglary for the Dec. 7 and Dec. 8 offense, and first-degree burglary for the Dec. 8 and Dec. 9 offense and criminal conspiracy.
Driggers and Burch were each charged with first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy.
Spann was charged with first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy.
Johnson was charged with second-degree burglary.
