Sumter School District announces 2 committee meetings

At Monday's Sumter School District Board of Trustees' meeting, two trustees announced upcoming committee meetings.

Brian Alston announced that the board's Policy Committee will meet Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the district office, 1345 Wilson Hall Road. Alston is the committee chairman.

Fellow trustee Shawn Ragin announced that the board's Facilities Committee has set a tentative date of Wednesday, Aug. 31, for its next meeting. The meeting will be at 6 p.m. at the district office. Ragin is the committee chairman.
