Sumter County Sheriff's Office seeks help in identifying larceny suspect

The Sumter County Sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person or persons of interest involving a March 5 vehicle break-in that occurred about 11:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Stadium Road.

The victim's wallet containing cash, a debit card and credit cards was taken. The suspects used the stolen debit card around 6 a.m. on March 6 at McDonald's on Lafayette Drive.

The suspects were seen driving a newer model four-door Chevrolet Malibu with factory chrome rims.
