Sumter Animal Control's Rupert is smart and has a laid-back personality

Rupert is adorable. He weighs 42 pounds and is 2-5 years old. He takes a minute to adjust to new people, but once you have his trust he is a true friend. He is easily won over with treats. Rupert is sweet, playful, smart and has a laid-back personality. This lovable boy will need a little leash training but is improving every day. Rupert loves the outdoors and is looking for a family to share adventures with.

As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
