SAFE Federal's Oliver named 2023 Professional of the Year

SAFE Federal Credit Union's Vice President of Branch Operations Brandon Oliver was recently named 2023 Professional of the Year by the Credit Union National Association Operations and Member Experience Council, according to a news release from SAFE.

Presented at CUNA's annual Operations and Member Experience Council Conference, the Professional of the Year Award is the council's highest honor and represents credit union professionals who demonstrate excellence in innovation and enhancement to member service.

"The SAFE Federal Credit Union family is incredibly proud of Brandon's achievement," said President and CEO Michael Baker. "His passion for member service and exceptional leadership have led to significant improvement in SAFE's member satisfaction and service standards."

"Brandon Oliver's commitment to his credit union and community, along with his leadership and dedication to his role, had a tremendous impact on the council judges," said CUNA Operations and Member Experience Council Awards and Recognition Committee Chair Jennifer Kimmell.

Oliver began his career with SAFE Federal Credit Union in 2009. His service to SAFE includes branch manager, regional branch director and assistant vice president of branch operations. He was promoted to his current role as vice president of branch operations in 2019.
