Rooney loves dogs and immediately bonds with them

Rooney is a neutered and housebroken 10-month-old American shorthair. He is great with other cats and children. Rooney also loves dogs, forming a bond immediately when being introduced to them. He adores playing and chasing cat toys is his favorite game. Rooney is very affectionate and friendly and would make a wonderful new addition to any family. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
