SUMMERVILLE - Lindsay Rogerson of Sumter and Sean Flanagan of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, were united in marriage on Friday, April 10, 2020.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Burrell S. Rogerson Sr. and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Edward Rogerson Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Irvin Seymour, all of Sumter. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in studio photography. She is employed as a portrait photographer at Tumbleston Photography Studios in Charleston.

The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Joni Flanagan and the late Mr. John S. Flanagan of Pittsburgh and the grandson of Mrs. Patricia Sherba and the late Mr. Walter Sherba of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Geraldine Flanagan and the late Mr. Richard Flanagan of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in chemistry and physics. He is employed in technical business development at Innovative Resource Management of Summerville.

Kevin Kuehmeier officiated at the ceremony.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Chelsea Ertwine served as matron of honor. Jennifer Rogerson, Michaela Luna, Bailey Buckner, Lara Stanko, Tracy Haun and Leah Sumner served as bridesmaids. Parker Rose Ertwine served as flower girl.

Forrest Bailey served as best man. Groomsmen were Forrest Johnson, John Berdux and Madison Bramlett.

Also participating were Burrell "Buddy" Rogerson Jr., J. Michael Rogerson and Jackson Rogerson.

The bride's parents held the reception at The Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens in Mount Pleasant on Dec. 11, 2020.

The rehearsal party was given by the bridegroom's mother at Ms. Rose's in Charleston.

The couple resides in Summerville.
