Michael T. Boeh, 20, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was charged with speeding and no South Carolina driver's license about 2:43 a.m. Tuesday after deputies said he was pulled over on Broad Street at Wilson Hall Road for driving 65 mph in a 45 mph zone.
