EFFINGHAM - Phyllis Gloria McFadden McCollough, 72, died on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence.

She was born on June 8, 1948, in Bronx, New York, a daughter of the late Harden and Annie McFadden.

Graveside services for Mrs. McCollough will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Old McFadden Cemetery, Lake City.
