Phil wants affection and attention and has so much love to give

Meet Phil! Phil's story is a heartbreaking one. This sweet boy, about 1 year old and 33 pounds, was found wandering near the animal shelter. We believe someone may have abandoned him after hours, leaving him to fend for himself. Despite seeing the worst in people, Phil remains incredibly sweet and loving. He craves affection and attention from our volunteers, and his playful, puppy energy shines through when he gets the chance to take walks and interact with other dogs. Phil is still young and has so much love to give.
