PEYTON BRYANT

PAXVILLE - Peyton Olivia Lyn Bryant, infant daughter of Robert Lee and Stephanie Evans Bryant, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia.

Born Sept. 10, 2010, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, he was the brother of Jared Lee Bryant and Devin Travis Bryant.

Survivors besides his parents and brothers include maternal grandparents, Al Evans of Manning and Danny and Karen Welch, both of Sumter; paternal grandparents, Delores and Jody Griffin of Sumter and Dean and Linda Bryan of Umatilla, Fla.; and great-grandmother, Betty Welch of Sumter.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Kaylyn McKenzie H. Bryant; and a cousin, Brooklyn MiKayla Gauthier.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at Home Branch Baptist Church, Manning, with the Rev. Robert Haynes officiating. Burial followed at Zoar Community Cemetery in Sumter County.

The family received friends at the funeral home.
