P-15’s score winning run in bottom of 7th to top Horry, claim second

When Sumter’s Jackson Hoshour took off from first base in the bottom of the seventh inning, the intention was to get in scoring position. By the time he stopped running, he had helped the P-15’s clinch second place in American Legion baseball’s League II.
