OPINION: Blassingame has qualities to serve Ward 2 residents

I'm writing this letter of endorsement on behalf of Dr. James Blassingame. Dr. Blassingame served as president of the E&M Baptist Convention. I am honored to have served as treasurer under his leadership for five years.

Dr. Blassingame is a man of integrity, honesty, organizer, perseverance, trustworthy and dependable. I am confident that Dr. Blassingame has the qualities to serve in Sumter City Council Ward 2.

I want to encourage every voter to cast their vote for Dr. James Blassingame for Sumter City Council Ward 2.
