Milagros Rodriguez, 87, wife of Wilfredo Ramos, died Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at her home in Sumter. Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, on Jan. 6, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Biennenicle Rodriguez and Petra Mecardo.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 3230 N. Main St., Sumter.
