Majors celebrate 50 years together

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Major Sr. of Rembert celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today, June 30, 2019.

Their two children are Yolanda Williams and her husband, Nathan Williams, of Charleston and Harold Major Jr. and his wife, Jonika Major, of Raleigh, North Carolina.

The couple has eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Major is the former Ellen Boone of Sumter.
