LOUISE J. OLIVER

Louise Johnson Oliver, widow of John Oliver, died June 6 in Greenville.

Born Sept. 2, 1918, in Summerton, she was a daughter of the late Marie Johnson. She attended Clarendon County public schools and was a member of Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church in Summerton.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lena Oliver and Wilhemina Johnson.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Oliver of Greenville; a niece, Bertha Mae Thomas of Manning; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held June 11 at Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church in Summerton. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
