Letter to the editor: Soros did not earn or deserve U.S. Medal of Freedom

Today, Saturday, Jan 4, Joe Biden is to award George Soros (along with a number of other questionable choices) the United States Medal of Freedom.  This is the highest civilian award available.  George Soros has used his immense wealth to put obstacles in the path of the USA.

Many of those receiving this award richly deserve it, but including Soros cheapens its value.  Thank you to all those who earned, and deserved, this award, but George Soros is certainly not in that group.
