Lemira Elementary recognized for a job well done

Sumter School District's Board of Trustees recognize Lemira Elementary School officials on Monday, April 7, for the school's recent Beacon Award from Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence, a national education nonprofit group focused on assessment. Crosswell Drive Elementary also won this award in 2024.
