Lee County School District welcomes 4 new district-level employees

BISHOPVILLE - Four Lee County School District school level-employees have accepted new assignments for the upcoming year.

Dr. Veronica Bradley, former instructional coach at Lower Lee Elementary School, is the new principal at West Lee Elementary School. Tonette Jones, former instructional technology specialist at Lee Central High School, is LCSD's instructional technology coach. Warren Joye, former assistant principal at Lee Central Middle School, is now the coordinator of special services for the district. A former kindergarten teacher in the district, DeJarius White returns to serve as the district's Gifted and Talented coordinator as well as an instructional coach at WLE.

Bradley recently earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where she also earned an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Level Education with an emphasis in English and Math from the University of South Carolina. Bradley earned a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. She fills a vacancy left by former WLE Principal Damon Officer.

Jones earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University in Myrtle Beach, a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from USC and a Master of Education in Education Administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill.

Joye earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from USC, a Master of Science in Management in Information Systems Security from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and an Education Specialist degree in School Administration from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

White received his Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from SCSU and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership Studies from Gardner Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina.
