The Scott’s Branch High School’s varsity girls basketball team rolled to a 49-30 victory over C.E. Murray, improving to 14-3 overall and 8-0 in region play. It’s the second consecutive year the Lady Eagles have finished undefeated in Region 1A-V play.

Senior Teja Madison led the way for SB with 22 points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Junior Cambria Parker notched a double-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, six steals, and seven blocks, and senior Jazlynn Bowman just missed a double-double of her own with 11 points, nine rebounds, and seven steals.
Next up for the Lady Eagles, they’ll wait to see who they’ll play in the first round of the 1A state playoffs.
