KATHERINE FLORENCE MILAM

MANNING - Katherine Florence Milam, 64, wife of Charles David Milam, died on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Born on Sept. 7, 1956, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Larry Samuel Florence and Elisabeth Ries Florence. Kathy was an animal lover and had many cats and dogs. She was a member of New Start Community Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her husband of Manning; a son, David Wayne Milam (Elizabeth) of Manning; three grandchildren, Madison, Callie and Jacob Milam; three brothers, Larry Florence (Nancy), David Florence (Beverly) and Don Florence (Dawn), all of Sumter; and several nieces, nephews, greatnieces and greatnephews.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. today at Clarendon Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Sammy Geddings officiating.
