JOSEPHINE C. PEARSON

MANNING - Josephine Clark Pearson died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center.

Born May 5, 1936, in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Susie Mae Owens Clark. She was the widow of Joe Pearson Sr. of Clarendon County. She attended Clarendon County public schools. She was a member of Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ

Survivors include a son, Leonard Pearson of Manning; two daughters, Birdie Pearson and Leemell Pearson, both of Summerton; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ in Davis Station. Burial followed in Carolina Johnson Cemetery.
