James Parrott Sr., 75, husband of Dora Scarborough Parrott, departed this life on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, in Sumter.
He was born on March 4, 1944, in Lynchburg, to the late Joseph Sr. and Pearline Wells Parrott.
The family will receive friends daily from noon to 8:30 p.m. at 2835 Lowder Road, Sumter.
