PINEWOOD - James Edward Billie, 60, died on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 20, 1959, in Pinewood, a son of the late Edward and Willie Mae Boston Billie.
The family is receiving friends at his residence, 3074 Elliott Road, Pinewood.
