IDA C. WATSON

Ida Caldwell Watson died Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Lake Moultrie Nursing Home, St. Stephens.

Born Sept. 5, 1917, in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Emma Richardson Caldwell. She was the widow of Ellison "Bubba" Watson. She attended Clarendon County public schools and was a lifelong member of Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church, Summerton.

Mrs. Watson leaves to cherish her memories a host of nieces, nephews and relatives.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 14, 2011, at Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. W. T. Johnson, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

The family received friends at the home of her niece, Mrs. Dorothy Brodgon, 701 Barnwell St. in the Bellwood subdivision, Manning.
