HARRY BELSER

SUMMERTON - Henry Belser, 81, husband of Rosa Belser, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning.

Born April 10, 1930, in Clarendon County, he was a son of the late Sam and Louise Moore Belser. He attended Clarendon County public schools.

He was preceded in death by a son, Henry Belser Jr.

Survivors besides his wife of the home include 10 children; four sisters; two brothers; two sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; 36 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Mt. Pleasant RUME Church with the Rev. Powell Hampton, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in Brown Cemetery.
