HARRISON JAMES WHITE JR.

Harrison James White Jr., 78, widower of Annie Laura Watts White, died Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at NHC Healthcare Sumter.

Born Jan. 26, 1943, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Harrison James White Sr. and the late Juanita Smith White. Mr. White was a member of Alice Drive Baptist Church. He retired from BOSCH Corp.

Survivors include his daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Ann White of Sumter; granddaughter, Christina White; brother, Larry White of Columbia; and sister, Nancy Harward (Rick) of Highpoint, North Carolina.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Harrison James White III.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. today in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Clay Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
