FRANKLIN M. QUICK

HARTSVILLE - Franklin McArthur Quick, age 67, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center, Hartsville.

Born Nov. 18, 1942, in South Carolina, he was a son of the late Faison Quick and Ida Petty Shepherd. Franklin resided in Manning at a community training home operated by Clarendon County Disabilities & Special Needs Board.

He is survived by two brothers, Billy Quick of Sumter and James "Warren" Quick of Alabama; and his extended family at the Clarendon County Disabilities & Special Needs Board in Manning.

Memorial services were held Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, at the Clarendon County Disability and Special Needs Board's Breedin Garden Room on Pine Street in Manning.
