EMMA M. BOYCE

MANNING - Emma Marshall "Aunt Pete" Boyce, 82, wife of Hazel Ethredge Boyce, died June 7 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.

Born March 12, 1928, in St. Stephen, she was a daughter of the late William Bryant and Audrey Mae Winter Marshall. She was owner and director of Wee Care Nursery in Manning and was a member of Manning Second Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Linda Griffin of Florence, Nancy Elliott of Manning and Ann Hutto of Orangeburg; a son, Bryant Boyce of Manning; a sister, Frances Rodgers of Sumter; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held June 10 at Manning First Baptist Church with burial at Clarendon Memorial Gardens in Manning.
