David Hasty Jr., 78, husband of Sally Choice Hasty and son of the late David Sr. and Eva Byrd Hasty, was born on Aug. 22, 1943, in Sumter County. He departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021, at Regency Hospital in Florence.
Public viewing will be held on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job's Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150.
Interment will follow in Walker Cemetery.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
