Clarendon School District 2 offers free meals for children 18 and younger beginning June 8

CLARENDON COUNTY - Clarendon School District 2 is offering free summer meals for children 18 years old and younger, and adults can enjoy lunch for $4.25, from June 8 through June 23.

The program is funded through the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service. There are no income requirements or registration. While no paperwork is required, children must be 18 years old and younger.

Free meals are served Monday through Thursday. No meals are served on Friday.

Breakfast is served from 8 to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Meals are served at Manning Elementary School, 311 W. Boyce St.
