Second Chance Animal Shelter's Sanibel is eager to please

Posted

"Sanibel" is a 2.5-year-old, gray female Weimaraner/Lab mix. Sanibel is current on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. She weighs about 50 pounds and tries her best to be a lap dog. Sanibel is an extremely high-energy dog and needs an active family. It appears she hasn't had much structure or any kind of obedience training. Sanibel is food motivated, so she may be easy to train. She loves to run and needs lots of daily activity. Sanibel seems to get along with other dogs. Because of her size and energy level, a home without small children may be best. Sanibel loves people and seems eager to please. She has been at the shelter for about a year and would love to find her forever home. If you are interested in adopting Sanibel, you can get preapproved to adopt by submitting your adoption application at www.ASecondChanceAnimalShelter.com. Our adoption fee for dogs is $125.
