Carter, a 7-month-old tabby, is waiting for a home at Second Chance Animal Shelter in Manning

Carter is a 7-month-old, male, orange-and-white tabby domestic shorthair kitten. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and feline AIDs. Carter is a shy but sweet guy. He tends to stay more to himself, but he does get along with other cats. Our current adoption fee for cats and kittens is $100. We are not currently open to the public, but we are scheduling times to meet the animals with an approved application.
